Private Adult French Classes
Private French classes are ideal for getting customized lessons that perfectly fit your needs. We can teach all adults at any level and can help prepare you for any program (DELF, teaching interviews, French certificates, evaluations, job interviews, French translations, etc).
My French Club teachers are qualified native French speakers who have been carefully selected for their high level of knowledge, teaching experience, superb coaching skills and their ability to instill a love of learning French in you. We adore the French language and are passionate about teaching it to others!
Price
Ratio: 1 Student to 1 Teacher
Rate:
$35 per hour in Mississauga
$45 per hour in Oakville
Ratio: 2 Students to 1 Teacher
Rate:
$25 per student / per hour. Maximum of 2 students in Mississauga
$35 per student/ per hour. Maximum of 2 students in Oakville.
Ratio: 3 Students to 1 Teacher
Rate:
$15 per student / per hour. 3 or 4 students in Mississauga
$25 per student/ per hour. 3 or 4 students in Oakville
Group of 5 students or more
$10 – $15 per student/ per hour, depending on the number of students and location
Availability and Location
Adult classes are available from Monday to Sunday, anywhere from 7 am to 9 pm in Mississauga and Oakville upon availability.
Student Commitment
Students can sign up for the first hour with no commitment to ensure there is compatibility between the teacher and the student. If all goes well, My French Club will request a minimum commitment of 10 hours to start. Classes can occur as often as you wish, but the minimum commitment being one French class per week, which is needed for you to have continuity in your learning. Cancellation is possible with a 24-hour notice. Throughout the program, the teacher communicates with the student regarding his/her progress and will discuss the strategies that can be put in place at home to further support learning.
Avoiding Conflict of Interest
All our instructors are required to avoid any activity that creates actual or potential conflict of interest with My French Club. We ask students to refrain from requesting their teacher’s services outside of My French Club in order to safeguard their teacher’s contract. Requesting such services from their teachers also make them feel very uncomfortable! We kindly ask that you respect the teachers’ contract with My French Club and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
